Who I am drives my design decisions.
Iām an avid explorer - from coffee shops to countries. When it comes to work, I am interested in discovering new trends & solutions. I bring my exploratory & creative vision to learning experience design. I go beyond producing courses; I explore all options to customize a solution that fits your audienceās needs - keeping your business goals at the forefront. If I donāt know how to do something, I will - without a doubt - exhaust all my options until I figure it out! When it comes to discovering solutions, I employ creative methods and am unwaveringly determined.
Iām a Chicagoland-native, but my professional experience extends to places like South Korea, Taiwan, China, & Spain. As an employee & long-term resident in several international contexts, my exposure to different perspectives is an invaluable resource I draw upon when making design decisions. I strongly value learning experiences that consider & celebrate the unique backgrounds of every learner in my audience.
Simply put - I value the learner, because I know what itās like to be the learner! I consider the learnerās needs first, by designing eLearning that is simple, aesthetically pleasing, & ultimately, user-friendly. I love feedback; it gives me a clearer picture of how my leaners feel about my work. I get the opportunity to create experiences that learners actually enjoy!
But really.. who am I?
Nature enthusiast, proud Italian-American, country trekker, coffee fanatic, & recreational singer - just a few descriptions that capture me - I believe in living a life that is intentional and genuine. Both personally & professionally, my core qualities & values ring throughout every thing I do. To get a holistic sense of who I am, check out some of my treasured life moments below.
